Everything points to Wylie. More depth, more talent, more recent playoff experience, more momentum. Having said all of this, I think that Ballinger has a chance and could possibly pull off an upset. Turnovers and penalties will be key. Also if Ballinger can have sustained drives keeping Wylie's offense off of the field they may have a chance.

Posey is a great back who will be hard to stop. It will be a great battle!!!!

I think i will hold my pick till next week, figure it best to take it a week at a time, and both teams still need to win THIS friday night

Come on Idiot, where is your sense of adventure. Jump ahead (as long as you are not a player) in your thinking a little! lol Seriously though, I would be interested in comments from someone that has seen both Carrillo and Posey play this year giving me a comparison of the two. An "unbiased" comparison if that is possible for anyone out there. That would certainly help with my prediction. Being biased as I am, I am going to pick Wylie, I just do not know by how much!!!

They are both very good backs, but very different. Carrillo is a shifty, smart darter that makes people miss in the open field and has great vision. Posey is explosive and powerful. He breaks alot of tackles and has very good acceleration for the first 5 to 10 yards. You can't arm tackle Posey. Posey does a good job of picking his holes and using blocks, but I don't think he can do these things better than Carrillo or Ruth. Where Posey gets you is that he is already 5 yards downfield before you realize he has the ball. the best way to stop Posey is to dominate the line of scrimmage and stuff him in the backfield. Don't let him have a crease because he will take it for 6. Just my opinion.

Ok it is finally the game to look to seeing how the Clyde game is now behind us,Alot of this game will be how well the defensive line and line backers do against the run, If they can not stop but contain Possey then the game shouldnt be real close, but they have been haveing a rough time lately and some of the linemen and backers are nurseing injuries so i think it will be a little closer then some have said, My pick will be

Wylie 31
Ballinger 24
