Alright, I've done this for 3A DI, and will give it a shot for 4A. I will post 4A DI within the next few days.

To me, this comes down to what they are going to do with the likes of Carthage and a few other in that area. You could shift those teams south with the likes of Jasper and crew, which in turn would make a larger district with the likes of WO-S. However, I believe that creates problems filling in districts in the remainder of region III and IV. I don't see them spiting the D16 teams since that would automatically create two four-team districts.

Thoughts? What would you change?

D15 teams currently yes will have to be move to D16 but was thinking it would only be Robstown and West Oso but seeing all the teams posted above i can see that being pretty close to accurate other than most likely just a typo Aransas Pass most likely you meant Ingleside. Looks good.

Forgot San Antonio YMLA, they are playing football in 2020 from what I've heard. Talk has them in 14 or 15-4A, DII.

District 8 wouldn't even challenge Carthage. They could play 2nd and 3rd team all through district.

Correct. I went ahead and placed them in 15.

Sealy is only 15 miles from Bellville-So they could be put in the same district

Didn't Caldwell go down to Class 3A Division I?

You could flip them into D13 and the travel would be equal. You could go either way there.

Carthage goes through this field like a hot knife through butter. I don't think it's close. Their toughest game will be against 7-4A in bi-district.

RIGHT ON! I predict that Carthage will be the greatest team since 2010 Brownwood.

left out two new schools projected to be 4A- New Belton ISD school Lake Belton and Comal ISD Davenport. Not sure what divisions they fall into my guess from talk would be D1.

Fixed. Also, I very much doubt the UIL will allow another 4-team district to happen again like you have in 11-4A II

More in line with what I'm thinking except with Wharton in 15 instead of Gonzales
