If a team completes their district schedule early (Nov. 1 like Bay City) Can the Black Cats play another game (non district) since they had a non-district game canceled earlier in the season because of bad weather on Nov. 8?. If they could play a team that didn't make the playoffs like a private school

As long as BOTH teams have only played nine games, don't see why not. Probably should happen more often in this day and age of ThorGuard and lightning cancellations in September.

Gonzales did it about 20 years ago. They were in a 7 team district with Smithson Valley, Buda Hays, Bastrop, Lockhart, New Braunfels Canyon, and Del Valle. They had the last bye in district play and played Castroville Medina Valley in week 10. Medina Valley was also in a 5 or 7 team district that realignment cycle.

You can't play a non-playoff game after district certification

Well in 96-97 you could.
