Lady Stangs start playoffs today

Sweetwater faces Vernon at 8 p.m. today at Albany High School in a Class 4A bi-district volleyball playoff match.
Sweetwater is going into the playoffs as the No. 3 seed from District 5-4A while Vernon qualified for the playoffs as the No. 2 seed from District 6-4A.
The winner of today’s matchup will advance to the area playoffs to face Stephenville or Bridgeport later in the week.
Today’s match will be the second half of a bi-district doubleheader that begins when Snyder plays Iowa Park at 6 p.m.
