I have heard Santa Fe, Los Patrones and Hunan are good choices. Granny's in Lexington also seems like a good spot.

Hayashi is a hole in the wall and is not pretty to look at, but they have decent food at a very reasonable price. You get get a full portion of meat, two scoops of rice, egg role and soup for lunch for $6.75. I personally like going over to the buffet or restaurant in Rockdale.

Cameron is generally lacking in the food category.

The big keys in this game to me will be the Cameron passing game versus the Giddings secondary and then Cameron's defensive front versus the Buffs rushing attack. This year's passing attack is one of the best we've had.

I have not seen any film on Giddings this year, but I assume they are doing a lot of the same as last year. It will be a much different test for Cameron's defense as compared to the last few games.

I would personally like to see the Yoemen establish some sort of running game early, but it will depend on what the box looks like on Friday night. Personally, I would play it conservative.

I don't believe Giddings is nearly as bad as the Rockdale result, so I expect a pretty competitive game on Friday.

B & 7th grade cancelled in Giddings due to weather.

Cameron has a really good football team.

They have multiple threats, and a QB that can wing it.

The battle of the bell should be a full out slobberknocker.

Giddings secondary got burned and out played multiple times. Buff's defensive line was pretty decent against the run.

It was a heated one, which I personally don't have a problem with. Few things that will sure need to be corrected moving forward.

That district will be a fun one with Bellville, La Grange, Giddings and potentially Caldwell competing for the title.

There will probably not be enough popcorn for the BOTB this year. Both teams appear to have offenses you can't stop, but hope to contain.
