What makes a better defense Size or Speed? What would you rather have?

Secondary should be fast,linebackers and defensive ends should be fast and big, and tackles/nose should be big.

Speed, no doubt (i.e. 2001 Everman Defense)

Definitely both....but, if you have to pick.... there is no subsitute for speed. Speed with a little attitude will wear those big boys out. But, oh man when you do have both.... coaches drool.
