A state champion was just crowned and the board is still moving slow

I think alot of the downlowers are driving back from Dallas. I know alot of folks from Jasper and our surrounding area travelled to the games at Texas Stadium.

Yeah, I was thinking that the Burnet posters were still in shock...but then, I realized they are having a long, sad drive back to reality. It's pretty sobering to have to do that. They had a GREAT season and have nothing to hang their heads about.

Jeez, I was hoping Burnet would be coming back happy. I'm a region four guy. Burnet doesn't have anything to be ashamed of. They had a great season. :cool:
