Matthew was Coach Smith at Alvarado hired from within the system. If not, where was he coaching when hired by AISD?

I don't think he was hired within...I think he came from outside but I am not sure where..I'll try and look that up....I kinda quit watching Alvarado closely when they went up to 4A...they will struggle big time...
