Canyon Lake has a good Defense, take away the Liberty Hill score and they have done pretty well on that side of the ball. The Canyon Lake Offense gets what it needs (not counting the LH Game) and eats the clock. Needville appears to have a good offense but has been very fickle this season. I have to give this one to the Hawks.

Needville has had a Shootout in almost every game this year. If CL has any defense they will win.

Needvilles Ashton Stredick played hurt against Brazosport and then not at all against Sealy. If he's back full strength I don't think CL will be able to keep up.

With Stredick - Jays by 16 (without him Jays by 5)

Needville has had a Shootout in almost every game this year. If CL has any defense they will win.

The Hawks actually have a solid D, that’s their strength. LH Scored a district low of 47 against them , I know it sounds sarcastic but we averaged 62 points per game in District play.

Saw Canyon Lake scrimmageing Cuero. Their defense is pretty stout.

I do not agree with this. Not saying the Jays will win (the defense is not great) but would not say they do not have a chance.
