FREEPORT — In a sudden and stunning move Thursday, Brazosport ISD placed second-year Brazosport Exporter associate athletic director/head football coach Michael Ferrell on administrative leave.

A statement from Brazosport ISD Superintendent Danny Massey did not provide details on the decision.
