My analysis has it Sealy - Liberty Hill - Boerne or La Vernia - Canyon Lake
The Boerne - La Vernia matchup will determine the W15 and R15. Have LV to win.
The Dist. 13 could be a 2 or 3 way tie for R-T- F. Two way tie between Columbia and Needville with Columbia gets the R on head to head. A 3 way tie between Col , Need , and BC (if use the point diff) favors Needville the R, Columbia the T, and Bay City the F.

D13 - Big game for Brazosport to hold #4 seed, for Columbia to keep even with Sealy --- Columbia 20 - Brazosport 14
D14 - Big games for Taylor 1-1 - Lampasas 1-1 and Canyon Lake 2-0 - Fredericksburg 0-2. --- Lamp / CL favorites
D15 - Big games for Borne 1-0 - B. Jones 0-2 and Gonzales 2-0 - La Vernia 1-0. --- Boerne / La Vernia favorites
D16 - Big game for Zapata 1-1 - King 0-1 ---- King 17 over Zap 15

but if Fredericksburg beats Lampasas and Burnet they are in automatically.

If Lampasas and LH beat CL , the Hawks are out if Fredericksburg wins 1 of the next 2.

Also if Lamp and LH beat CL, and Fred beats Burnet but looses to Lampasas, then the Billies are in If LH and Burnet beat Taylor, CL will be out because of Head to Head loss to Fred.... Anymore questions lol
