Someone told me Georgetown was top 15 in 5ad1. I know they're 3-0 and look big.
Big task for little ole Stephenville.

Stephenville pick 6.
Theyve had a defensive touchdown every game this season.

Georgetown stream of game last night.
The announcers aren't very good though.

They're actually terrible.

4A-D1 looking very strong vs our 5A competition this fall. A good team is a good team.

Georgetown backed out of a chance to play Liberty Hill during week 5. LHISD actually runs into west Georgetown, im guessing they wanted to drive 3 hours instead of being embarrassed by little bitty hill. They played a soft schedule and Sville exposed them.

.......or,maybe they wanted a tough opponent that runs an offense they may see again. Playing against the slot t doesn't offer much when trying to prepare for a 5A district and playoffs.

I threw LH out there for a week 5 and it didn't work out. Same deal with Stephenville.
It would be a good game. That run offense vs a stingy run defense.

Angleton runs Wing-T, would have been great prep and to diagnose any issues vs that style of system, rather than learning in the play offs. But the 15 minute drive was to much to overcome....

I will keep it simple for you next time slowbump: (Joking tone implied)
1) Angleton runs the Wing-T
2) They could meet up in the play offs (Probably not this year looking at projections now, but not during the time the schedule was being built).
3) LH who is 15 minutes away would be good prep for (refer to numbers 1 & 2 above).
LMAO

LHs slot t is good preparation for the slot t. Nothing else. If they don't plan on playing another slot t playing LH is not of much use. It's not rocket science.

The Slot-T is a Wing-T offense.... The Texas version, ie the best version of it at that.

LOL - Yea, they're identical. If you prepare for one you're ready for the other.
