The apaches have scheduled quite a hard schedule I see. If they don't win this week, it looks pretty rough from there.

Tough non-district schedule. Crockett will be competitive but I see the Apaches opening up with the win at home. They played really good football for a half at Navarro, but everybody knows the game is 48 minutes long. Had the Panthers on the ropes till the boogy wagon broke down in the second half. I don't know how many times the ball was turned over by the Apaches, but it was a bunch and I think Navarro scored off of every one of those tos.

Game was not as close as the score indicated. Apaches must have had 150 yards in penalties and had several turnovers. Crockett scored against backups who played nearly the entire 4th quarter. It is going to be interesting next week with Yoakum coming to town. We will find out just how good Gonzales is. Contender or pretender?

Kody will have them ready Friday. Sure like playing GZ in a game versus the previous two years in a scrimmage. Just don't seem right, when we don't play a regular season game. Best of luck Gontex, should be exciting. Always is over there on the reservation. See if Yoakum can "come and take it".

Yoakum easily wins this one as long as they don't play undisciplined like Gonzo.
