ElCampo comes to Cuero third game. How long has it been since they played. I sure don't remember and I been watching HS football for over 50 yrs. pretty solid schedule for Cuero the first 3 games. They starting to get those injuries guy back and when JW is back look out.

They have only played five times,with the last being in 1989. Cuero should get their first ever win over the Birds this year. They may be pretty salty late in the year and the next couple of years for sure,but will probably struggle the first half of the season. What happened to JW?

He had a groin injury late last football season and they being cautious to make sure he completely healed. I heard he practice last week .They got a really good team and they want him as well as possible for dist and playoffs. Not sure it they made a decision when to bring him back. As much as a competitor as he is he ready next week but he do what's best for team.

You right Val. Devyn is very talented and IMO under used in the past. I think he get lots more touches this year with a QB that he played with since 7 grade.
