Yum. We are frying trout and shrimp for supper. I think I’m going to get Mr44 to do a rib roast next Sunday.

Melted in your mouth! Kosher Salt, Cracked Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Rosemary, Thyme, and a little PitBarrel Beef and Wild Game Seasoning.

Is that a pellet smoker? How long / what temp did you cook?

Cooked on a Pellet Cooker. Started at 225 at 8:45 am and let it run and cranked up the last 45 minutes to 350 and finished about 1pm.
