Seems Jimbo and company have sorta given up on 2018 recruiting and turned their attention to 2019....

The 2019 class on the other hand.... damn.... they landed 2 more guys today, and last weekend landed 5 Star safety Brian Williams, the #1 safety in the country.

Aggies miss out on Waddle, who commits yo Alabama but still a great NSD for A&m. Great job salvaging this transition class by the new coaching staff.

Longhorns had an awesome 2018 recruiting class, currently sitting at #3 overall, taking 11 out of the top 15 players in Texas I believe.

A&ms 2019 class is currently #3. Recruiting battle should heat up between these 2 in the coming years and both teams should see improved results on the field with these kinds of classes

Texas a&m’s 2019 class is currently ranked #2, which may be a little high artificially just because of quantity of recruits vs quality. A&m leads the country with 18 commits, although 2 are 5 stars and 6 are 4 stars.

Aggies have picked up 2 4-Star DB recruits in the last 2 days. The 2019 class continues to be outstanding. Future is bright

A&M picked up another 4 star DB today. They remain at #2 in the 2019 class rankings, although Georgia is closing the gap quickly.

A&M does have more recruits than the others, which is why they’re #2, but if you rank by average # of stars, A&M is still #7 in the country. That’s with a 3 star kicker bringing the ratings down a bit

We’ll see how many decommit after clemson and bama games....

A&M lands another 4star ESPN 300 WR, Dylan Wright.... commit #25. It remains to be seen if A&M can maintain these commitments through a tough season

Aggies currently have the #1 class in the nation according to espn, but its August....

That being said, A&M is a strong contender for 5 star DT Isiah Sopsher, although I think Georgia is the current favorite

A&M is definitely trending up in recruiting right now. It is a long time until they show up for sure.

But it is nice to talk about. It could be far worse.

If they land them, I could see things turning around in about 3 years. But when they are too good, they turn pro.
