It is early, but HEB has had crawfish the past two weekends. The price is high, a little north of $4.00 lb. Here in Lake Jackson, they actually started doing their boils this past Saturday with shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes...they sold out pretty quick.

IF and WHEN the Cowboys make it back to the Superbowl.......there will be some serious Superbowl parties here in Texas going on all over the state. Geez......I really miss those days.

Just smoked it about 4 hours and put the package glaze on it. Might not do that next time.
