I think it came out alright for the first time.

Wow, Bobcat very nicely done. I bet the taste was as good as it looks.

Looks great!

A little too much red in the middle for my tastes, but it's all a matter of preference. I like mine medium well to well. Some may say I suck because I like my food cooked a little more fully, but at least I'm not getting any tapeworms.

The old Steak and Ale Restaurants in Houston had good prime rib and Salt Grass's is good

:spitlol: I cooked some a little more done by throwing it into a skillet and cooking it 3 minutes a side. Wife likes hers dead!
