Huge run by Pope on the jetsweep, fumbles but Yoakum gets on it. Now here goes Jordan Moore down to the 6 of Yoakum. Cannot catch up with his speed.

Goliad looks lost.....not in the right alignment and getting blocked waaay to easy. They better wake up and start playing some football.....so far a cakewalk for Yoakum.

Bland for 5 yds to the 45 on first down for Goliad. Now Bland at the 50 close to a first down.

Jetsweep to Clay all the way down to the Yoakum 25 yd line on that first down run.

Now Morris fakes it to Bland and follows him, but is hit at the LOS. Timeout Yoakum.

Actually that was 2nd down.....now it's 3rd down. Bland on the sweep is taken down by a slew of Bulldogs at the 8 yd line. Goliad will go for it instead of a fieldgoal. Now offsides Goliad.

Rollout pass goes incomplete.....the pass was low to his receiver in the endzone. Yoakum's ball at the 13 now.

Handoff to Jordan Moore....he breaks the LOS, one poor tackle attempt, and then outruns everybody to the endzone 87 yds. Penalty.....unsportsmanlike on Yoakum after the play.

Goliad has no answer for this quadruple threat on offense, and the Bulldog front D line is in control.

Goliad has moved the ball, but cannot close the deal and score.....too many needless penalties and not playing together well.

Now another problem for Goliad.....a lineman missing. Goliad calls a timeout. I don't know what those coaches did to these players heads this week in preps for this game.

Now Bland down to the Bulldog 37 on a 23 yd gain.

Morris has not attempted many passes and has not completed one yet.....so the Bulldogs are just keying on the run and on primarily Bland

Pass to Bland in the flat.....short of the first down by one yard at the 28 of Yoakum. Now more flags......the whole line moves for Goliad. Yoakum must be yelling out some snap counts out there.

Now Goliad runs a sweep and makes the first down by Clay's run.

Bland bowls over 2 linebackers up the middle to get it to the 14 now.....timeout Yoakum.

Pope retrieves the kick from the one and is gang tackled into the endzone, but forward progress marked at the 8 yd line.

Enoch up the middle, is hit and fumbles it. Goliad recovers it at the 15 yd line.

Bland scores on first down, but another flag down. Illegal chop block is called on Goliad....a big 15 yarder that puts them waaay back to the 30 now. 3:09 left til halftime. 2nd down and 21 after the run. Pass is caught for a Td to Clay, but he is out of bounds.

Nothing but mistakes and bad plays for snakebit Goliad tonite. 37 yd field goal attempt is short for Goliad. Scored twice on that series.....but to no avail.
