Big rivalry game with the Buffs coming out on top over the winless Leopards

Lagrange having such an off year. No pud, no vin clarks, no trash talk... FEMA support closing shop...
Kind of sad when you think about it. But they'll be back.

The Buffs came together to beat Gonzales last week in the cold. I say they put it together tonight with nice 70 F degree weather and git her done.

I agree with you about Giddings taking out LaGrange. I think the windy conditions effected Gonzales' passing game more than it did the Buffs' running game. They just lined up behind that huge offensive line and played smashmouth football in the second half. Where was number 8 last week?

Lagrange played strong all night. It wasn't an easy win. There were more than a few un-needed extracurricular activities going on. I would say the visitor side looked about 1/3 full. Not too good considering they came from only 22 miles away and the weather was spectacular.

Miss my La Grange peeps, but I know they will be back in the near future. Just a small town down year, coach Kates will have them back up way sooner than later.

Yes, not even a Pud to chat with these days. But almost no one from Giddings either.

Not even pud can be pudlike with a season like LG is having. Just messing with ol pud. LG will be back. This happens to towns all over.
