Ribs tonight, Brisket went on at 10 pm Chicken will go on in the morning. All will be ready to see the Cream and Moron choke.

Damn Daddy-O Quedawg.......thems looks likes perrrrrfection, for sure. What time will it be ready??? I'm only 10 minutes down the road in Corinth.

Mr44 had his ribs and brisket all seasoned and ready to put on the pit and got called for a job this morning. He got home at 2:25 pm. Started his pit and got beans going. So we will eat later than planned but at least he's home to watch some Texas football and Astros baseball . PS that brisket looks delish.
