Txdl Weekly Pick'em - 2017 Edition - Week 4

Tough slate of games last week - as a group we came in barely over 50%...

Last week's most missed game was Yates over Wharton (2 got it right).
Last week's most correctly picked game was a tie:
Katy over The Woodlands and Goliad over Bloomington - everyone got those right.

Wayne missed his 2nd consecutive week and will be removed from the standings.

You are correct. I was taught that if a sentence can broken into two complete sentences a comma is needed, ...AND SA and honest are connected to each other, thus no comma!

I fully expect a barnburner of a game with Carthage. I think we can beat them, but we definitely have to step it up a LOT in every facet of the game. Otherwise, those little red puppies might bite into us and shake those heads a little.

I just want to see the PRIDE that the Orange and Black was built on restored. The Black Flag Defense making critical stops, the offense running like a well-oiled machine, and solid special teams play is what I would like to see, win or lose.

It's those dang teams down south that's so hard to pick.....they aren't consistent at all. One week they win against somebody good, then the next week lose to a lesser team. West, North, and East Texas teams are fairly consistent, but you get to Waco and below and everything turns wacko, LOL.
