IMHO the best defense we will see this season.

This game should be really good, usually is between Alvarado and Decatur. I feel real good about this Indian team, the offense struggled against northwest, but showed grit and resolve throughout the game. Our defense was impressive most of the game, even when having to defend on a short field most of the time.

Decatur can score.......they are gonna be a tough out this week for Alvarado. I'ma thinkin' Decatur's defense needs lots of work, but that offense is a scoring machine. Alvarado will need to really limit the snaps the Eagles get on offense this week.......but they still have that quick-strike capability. I think Alvarado needs at least 35 points this week, regardless of how well the Indians defense plays. Holding Decatur to only 28 or 35 points will prove to be more difficult than some may think......just sayin'. Should be a very exciting game for both schools. Good Luck and no injuries.

Y'all did keep their offense from scoring 35 points.......that's pretty impressive. I kinda figured Alvarado would need more points to win......and they did. Sounds like it was anybody's game the whole way, though.
BTW>>>You were right about Justin Northwest......they are better than just decent. Now the Indians have another tough test against a very good Kennedale team next.:ack!:
