Watch out 3A football world, we could spread teams out this year, and cause problems for the defensive coordinators across the state, can't wait.

If he from Conroe it has to be Coach Bryant. That can't be true. Surely not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats to Marlin for their new hire. However, it should be noted that this cordiantor lost his job after 7 games at Conroe last season, Coach only won 2 games 2001, and Conroe only won 2 games in 2002.Some people in that district say Conroe has lost much of its talent over the years, but how do explain the Woodlands record when they play with the same if not lesser talent. So is he really the great coach that everybody is hoping for in Marlin? Only time will tell. Just because he comes from a 5A school does not mean he will have a huge impact. One more question. How did coach get this job? Did he know another coach at Marlin, is he from Marlin and wanted to come home? If anybody know hope they will post.

Go Bulldogs!!!!

If his last name is Nail, he was at West HS in 2000 & 2001. He was at Conroe for only 1 year.

I used to live in Conroe, therefore every year they usually have a good team. Plus this coach is used to coaching a much larger team, so they will probably improve. I cant wait to play them in fifth week.
