Has the new pitch count rule been a factor at all? First weekend tournaments should have been a no factor as everyone was fresh. Teams that play 4 games or more in a tourney and then play a tues mid week game could possibly run into a bind. Or, at least need one extra pitcher. Well pitched games are over before 110 pitches anyways. Let us know your observations.
