The two kids that were wheeled off the field are in my prayers, just like to know their condition/status. Sometimes leaving on the field takes on a new meaning.

I wondered the same thing. I tried to search for an update on the Refugio player, but got nothing.

I think if he was okay, there'd be a story by now. So it's ominous to me.

the Boling player walked out of the tunnel on his own after being checked out.. Crowd stood up and applauded and he got very emotional.. I believe he had a long TD run earlier in the game. I'm pretty sure it was Boling.. No info on the Refugio player... hoping he's OK

It was the Krushall kid from Boling who had the 80 yard kickoff return for a TD-Think he got rattled after a hard hit. He had tears in his eyes as he walked back on the fi eld as the crowd stood and clapped

Refugio player confirmed OK near the end of broadcast of WOS-Sweetwater game, thank God! It is a game, a violent game, and our kids need to walk away healthy!
