A rematch of the 2015 4A DII State Quarterfinals in which the Mustangs came out ahead 42-3. Will the result be different this year? Bellville is a Slot-T Offense which WoS has only seen how many times this season? They do have a QB who has passed for about 700 yards I believe.

The Brahmas take on WOS Friday at New Caney HS in Porter-No time was announced on Bellville Times Facebook Page as of today. Should be a great game. Bellville's defe gave up a lot yards to Salado in the second half on Saturday when the Eagles scored their two touchdowns. One 70 yard drive ended in a missed FG. Brahma offense ran the ball well

Our QB is starting to see things a little better and make some accurate throws. I'm a realist. It's WOS and everyone else. Not enough diversity in this offense to put up much of a challenge for WOS. WOS has seen this type of offense through district and are surely prepared.

Bellville use to have some fun folks on here, they didn't always make sense, but they were fun. It is a shame that they have moved on.

A few of us are still here. It seems like that Football Friday app has taken a lot of the posters or something. I follow it but don't post on it, still loyal to the Downlow! I know my Brahmas know the task at hand and will have to be perfect Friday night. We could use a couple lucky breaks too! WOS is dominant and getting past them is a tall task. Anything can happen come playoff time and I know we will be ready to throw everything we have at 'em. I know we will be well prepared and we won't back down from the challenge. We will need to score a lot of points and play keep away. Nobody this year has been successful at either of those against WOS, the Brahmas can be the first! How about a 42-38 Brahma victory? Here in Bellville we will always have faith and believe in our Brahmas, I know we can get er done!

The only way the Bulls can take this one is to play the perfect game, no turnovers, very few penalties, and Roe having a game plan with surprises on offense. They will have to cause some turnovers, and jump out to a two score lead. WOS has never been down, so there reaction would be how do we catch up, which would play into the Brahmas favor. Hopefully it will happen this way? Pulling for you Big Red, give um hell and best of luck...

Two scores is not a lot for WOS to make up. They generally score very quickly. Bellville will have to throw the ball enough to find some balance on offense.

I applaud you for supporting your team, but I am still grinning. This WOS team is like no other. If they lose, it will be because they beat themselves by going into a game not mentally prepared. They have manhandled every team they have faced this year, and I am worried that at some point, they will just take a team too lightly. That is what happened 2 years ago, in the State Championship Game. This WOS team is basically the same team that has played in the State Championship Game, the last 2 seasons, and I look for this to be a Hat Trick, for them.

Actually, Liberty was very successful playing keep away. In the first half, WOS only had three minutes time of possession and still scored 14. They were almost as successful in the second half, but it was still a blowout.

I did not listen to or see this game but Robinson put up 350 yds of offense did they not? Everyone knew they had no defense. The teams remaining who have a formidable passing game and a highly respectable defense can feel some sort of hope...right?
