These two teams met in a second round play back in 1965 Bridge City won the match up and went to the finals losing to Brownwood. This should be an intersting match up.

Black Cats have a stout defense. Offense isn't the best in the world. Going with the Cardinals in a close one

The next year 1966 they won it all behind the bruising runnung of Steve Wooster, who went on to have a great stint with UT.

Reminds me of a certain broadcaster in our area.You tune in for a moment to get the score of the game he is covering and he finally gives it up...."and our score with 4 minutes to go 21-20"....never says for who.Grrrrrrrrr.
