Grulla is the name they go by :)

A little bit of history....

The town of La Grulla always had a Junior High school, but never a high school. When kids became high schoolers, they were bused to Rio Grande City which was the nearest high school to La Grulla. La Grulla had always been it's own ISD though, and now that they have their own high school and no longer have to bus kids to Rio Grande City, there is no more association with Rio Grande City.

Nowadays, they prefer to either be called La Grulla (name of the town) or just Grulla (pronounced "Grew-yaah")

The last two games CS's offense has been in a funk. The passing game is bad and we can no longer run up the middle. Just hoping we have not peaked early.
