That was a crazy play - they had him stop several yards out (8-10) then everyone started pushing - leg was inches from touching ground - ball was right at goal as strip was happening. Was counted as 99 yd Td -can't be 100 that would be a TD for Texas. That last Texas player was catching up fast as TT runner scored.
