Burnet will battle Somerset Fri. the 15th in the ALOMODOME!!! Burnet beat #15 Liberty Hill last nite 42-7, and are hitting the play-offs with lots of momentum. The past 2 years, Burnet has lost first round against Bellville, and this year is revenge time.

I'd like to hear from some fans in Somerset and/or teams that have played them. Anyone have some unbiased reports on Somerset? Liked to know what kind of team they are.

Ingram beat them 41-16, that should say something. If Burnet doesn't win by over 30, it will be a big surprise to me.

I agree with that guy before me Burnet will win with all those gamebreakers by at least 50 points.

just want to say to the coaching staff and to the big dawgs themselves that the whole town is very proud of you and all the hard work that you have done. thanks for a great season and now thats go and kick some more butts.

Ingram did beat them, but many of their key players were out. I'm not making excuses for them, but lets not go into this game thinking that its going to be a piece of cake.

I'm sure the coaching staff of Burnet is saying the same thing to the team. This is a clean slate now and every team is dangerous in the playoffs. If the Dawgs come out and attack like they have been they'll be a tough team to beat. I'm hoping to see them win it all and I expect some tough/good games to get them there. This is a very smart team with an excellent staff of coaches.

1.Power outage at the dome and Somerset has night vision with them.
2. Burnet has a flat on their bus and doesn't show up.

Got a feelin' it might be nasty, too. But coaches and players will not go in with the big head,it's business as usual. Play your game to the best of your abilities and look to the next one after it's over. Burnet by a bunch !

It won't be that nasty unless the second team can score at will. We're pretty good at shutting down at about 42.
