LOL.. i don't think toddg intended his post to sound as though Surratt's plan is to lose some games. IMO.. Surratt builds throughout the season fine tuning his team to prepare for when it really counts, district and the playoffs ultimately. If that means there will be losses, so be it.

Sorry toddg.. I knew you were probably still asleep! ;)

We are young. Our lines play has not been very good. We can't stop the run. And we won't tackle. Looked like world beaters early. We will see what happens. If everybody wants to leave us for dead, ok. We been here many times before. We have maybe one of the top 3 RBs we have ever had. Looks like we will be playing for a 3rd place finish. Just still have a lot of work to do.
