Quotes
Golf is deceptively simple and endlessly complicated.
What other people may find in poetry or art museums, I find in the flight of a good drive.
I have a tip that can take five strokes off anyone's golf game: it's called an eraser.

The King of Golf has passed but will remain the KING......forever. He climbed the mountain and became the most loved sports figure in history. He is still the most loved. Honor was his middle name. He changed the game and his legacy will live in sports history for eternity. RIP Arnie.

I took my first lessons from Stanley Wright, the Pro at Beeville Country Club when I was 10 yrs. old. Arnie was 35 at that time and my hero. I had already read many of my Dad's golf books at that age and fell in love with this wonderful game that lasts a lifetime. Thank you Mr. Palmer for all you have done for the game.

I met Arnie once when I was a kid. He was at the Junior T-O golf tourney. This is a sad day. One of the finest gentlemen in the game of golf or in the world for that matter. RIP sir.
