Gonzales reminded me again why I hate the spread so much. The Apaches won't score on Cuero unless they score on one of their many kick returns or they score very late. Prepare yourselves for a(nother) very boring game Gobbler fans. Gonzales has some very good players, but they need to ditch the spread.

Never underestimate the power of a rival, actually I think that Gonzo has a better record than Yoakum has vrs the Gobblers. If I remember correctly the Apaches beat us in 98 when we played for state. This team will not take them light especially in Apache land.

They were really plain jane against Navarro. It was late in the 3rd before they got a first down and positive yardage against the reserves. Really thought they would be stronger this year. I see 50 plus for Cuero easily!
