China Spring vs the same 3A District.

At least all sub-varsity games should be close.

I doubt it; I saw some of the Freshman game and all of the JV game last week.

I'm speaking of having watched Robinson/Troy games, just in case anyone is wondering which schools.

On second thought regarding the Freshman, this game was a bit close, so if CS has a weak Freshman team, then it might be a game.

JV score was RR 46 TT 6 or something very similar (Troy may have had 12-13 pts, just can't remember)

NO WAY, maybe 2,999 but not 3,000..........come on man, get real! :D

I think CS should start the 2nd teamers at kickoff, LOL......just to give them a chance to say they started a game this season. Besides, CS might wanna see what it's like to play a close one......but that probably wouldn't happen anyways. Heck, they might even discover a shining star off the bench they didn't know they had. Sometimes players shine in games better than they look like in practice. :smoker:

Does Argyle do that in their District games? :stirpot:

Why is CS playing 3A teams? Couldn't find any 5A's willing to play?

They did. Div 1 5A Huntsville 53-8. I don't know about the local 5A's. Other than University (Which is really a 4 A school. Half their students are in a magnet academic academy), Waco High and Temple don't schedule smaller schools.

70-14 final. Noticed Troy did get a few early scores...what happened there? Also noticed China Spring had over 50 at the half and 70 in the 3rd.

Looked like in the 1st quarter we were stuck in homecoming fog. When it was 14 to 14 with 7 minutes left in the 1st, coach called time out and had a "come to Jesus" meeting and after that, it was all Cougars.
