Scoop is probably right. Missing that second scrimmage probably hurt the Tigers. Timing was probably off for the entire team and that coupled with Sealys stout defense,made it a long night. I think they will bounce back and win this one against an improved WC team. Wharton has the toughest non district schedule in D-15 so I'm sure they will be more than ready by the time district play starts.

Interesting game, is Wharton just off to a slow start and is Columbia back to being a contender.

The Tigers offense needs to come alive as they only had around 100 yards last week against Sealy. Wharton's defense played better than the score indicated- Score was 7-6 at halftime and 13-7 in the third quarter before Sealy got a safety, a pass TD and and a 99yard int on the final play of the game.
I expect a defensive battle. Wharton has the speedy players but needs to utilize it

I would have to think Wharton laid an egg last week. They've been much better than that the last few years whereas Sealy has been average

Columbia on the other hand did a nice job against Sweeny last week. Not sure if Columbia is back to what they were a few years ago, but Columbia should have and did beat Sweeny handily. Sweeny always has some good athletes but they were down big time last year and it doesnt turn around that quickly
