It was not a pretty game against AP. IMO the offensive playcall for Rockport was trying to be too cute. We had 6 pass attempts, and more outside runs/toss plays than dive plays. Thats not the playcall that has gotten us success in the past.

I think Coach realized that when he came out in the second half and handed the ball to the fullback 7 out of 9 plays including a score. Rockport o-line has 2 sophomores, one of which is the best player on that line. Definitely going to have to step our game up quite a bit at home this week

Sinton should win this game by a couple scores. Hopefully the defense is ready for a heavy dose of misdirection running plays this week.

This is also a battle of two contrasting styles as Sinton's offense led by QB Colt Gorman could throw nearly 40 times, while Rockport-Fulton's Slot-T can churn up yards and clock. Sinton coach Tom Allen said the key will be which team can play mistake-free.




#12 Colt Gorman 309 yards passing and 5 touchdowns last week and #2 Andrew McGowan 207 yards on 10 receptions and 4 touchdowns will try and keep the passing attack going against Rockport Fulton

Both Gorman and McGowan out in 1st qtr for Sinton on injuries. Gorman was a late hit.

2nd straight game Sinton gives up couple of touchdowns in the 3rd qtr before defense get back to dominating the LOS.

Sinton loses starting qb Colt Gorman for the game, not sure for how long and also McGowan in this game . Backup sophomore qb Devyn Orta comes in has some bright spots through the game to lead the offense to 4 scores. Game full of flags on both sides.
