Midland/Odessa this weekend and have a ?

Doing a little football project this weekend and am going to leave the DFW area Friday around 5PM and head to Midland/Odessa via the long way on HWY 380. Anybody have any leads on really good places to eat either in Midland, Odessa, Andrews, Pecos, or anywhere else around there?
