Merle passed away today on his birthday where he turned 79
Heard him several times including at the Astrodome
Love his music and have over of his 50 albums on 33 vinyl
Some of my favorite songs of mine were Carolyn, Sing Me Back Home, Silver Wings, Troubadour and several others
