What is a sideline interference penalty?
They called it against Westlake a couple of minutes ago

Coach was where he wasn't supposed to be and either made an official run around him or ran into him. If coach is in the white he is wrong.

We have it called on us quite frequently...we consider the White Box Rule as merely a suggestion

First offense is a warning no penalty enforced.
Second and third offenses is a sideline infraction and carries a 5 yard penalty
Fourth or more carry a 15 yard penalty.
If an official has to go around or is blocked by a coach/player in the white that is what this enforcement is
If an official is contacted in the white it is an automatic 15 yard penalty with no warning.
Its for our safety as well as the coaches/players
