Katy is something else this year! They've allowed only 55 points in 15 games. That's not something you see in 6A.

And when's the last time this few DFW area teams qualified for the finals across the board? I only count 5 out of 24 teams 1A to 6A unless I'm forgetting where some of the small schools are.

Mansfield Lake Ridge, Frisco Lone Star, Argyle, Celina and Brock (does Brock count? they're pretty far West)? Am I missing any other?
