Mathis Ad Resigns

I read a newspaper article about Mathis AD/FB Soza resigning to take over 4A beeville. Anyone hear this?

Its almost now official.. Tomorrow, the Beeville ISD School Board will formally announce that Chris Soza, will take over as Co-AD and Head Football coach at Jones High School in Beeville.
Soza leaves a Mathis team that he has turned into playoff and state contenders. They were also District Champs in 2000 and State Finalists in 1999. He takes over a Beeville Jones HS Team that was 2-8 last year.

I look for Beeville to run a Wing T and get darker uniforms now.

That is not good news for Mathis fans. I bet there are lots of sad people in Mathis. I think he is one of the best coaches Mathis ever had.

So does this mean, if he leaves to take over at Beeville right now, that his kids have to go with him, or is that up to them?
