Just wanted to chime in about the game to this point.

Krum playing through the cold & rain and Sweetwater is not. Therefore they lead 17-0 at the half. Just hope we can get things turned around.

I don't take anyone lightly in the playoffs as I really thought Sweetwater would steam roll Krum which I think many others thought the same.

Denton Collins field has not been kind to Celina lately. Don't know if they will pay there. I'd like it and I'm sure the fans would.

Shocker, guaranteed..I for one was thinking Celina-Sweetsquatter. Guess the football gods just changed their minds. But yes, it is still a shocker. Celina better be looking hard, because the Mustangs were not a slouch by any measuring stick. And Justin Northwest is a great venue, good seats all around!

I'm surprised....and hate that our neighbor lost. even worst is think of the weather Sweetwater Red has to drive in to get to his next game. Guess not having service on his phone is a good thing. :(

I'm sure it will be found somewhere in the home parking lot and turned in to lost and found. WE don't do Sprint phone service in the Wood. If you were to hold a 60 ft. lightning rod, stand on one foot, stick your tongue out to the southeast, you might be getting 1 bar. Poor Red, sorry our field didn't treat you well.

hate that Sweetwater lost but I have had sprint for years in Brownwood and never had a problem.

Just made it to the hotel from the Cuero/Navarro game and have barely had time to dry and thaw out but wanted to respond to this fairly quickly.

First off congrats to Krum. They flat out outplayed us in every aspect of the game. It wasn't a case of a few plays going one way or the other. It was
complete dominance. No idea what the final stats were but there is no doubt they were as lopsided as they have ever been in the the last two years
in Sweetwater. Anyway, good luck to Krum the rest of the way.

As far as coverage, no one with Verizon had service. We figured a tower may have been down or something. The phone I borrowed that did have
service was actually Sprint.

And about Gordon Wood Stadium. I enjoy the place. Always friendly and courteous people working the games and good food. But, that's two
playoff losses in a row there going back to 2008 when we lost to Liberty Hill. So, hopefully the next time we play there will be the charm.
