20lb. Turkey and some 3lb. Brisket Flats went on the smoker at 2:45pm today. Should be coming off around 8pm and then into the ice chest wrapped in butcher paper and then towels for an hour or so. Then the slicing will take place and of course the sampling. ;)

There are blessings abound. So many that we don't even know about or realize.
I thank my Lord and Savior for all of them, (even those I'm not thinking about).
