I've seen Kennedale play both teams and I will give the edge to Kaufman. I see no weakness in offense, defense or special teams from the Kaufman bunch. Of course on game day day, anything can happen and usually does. Turnovers and penalties usually bring any team down. Both teams will play ball control.

No way to tell about this game.....both teams are highly capable and both teams play good defense. Looks like the Indians have a pretty good rushing attack, and enough passing to keep teams honest. I'll go to MaxPreps and post some of the Kaufman numbers for comparison. I betcha they're similar.

Indians have matched up fairly well against teams without true play makers. if this turns into a pound and ground game, I like the Indians chances. if Kaufman has some horses out of the backfield, it will be tough for the Indians. Alvarado is the type of team you need to score early on, if you don't they'll make you pay in the fourth.

Son went down with possible acl tear opening kickoff, not a lot of swelling..but, it was a great game !! We got 7 offensive and 8 defensive starters returning next year..that is a positive..

I rarely let these games get me down but this was one that I felt Alvarado let slip away. 3 red zone opportunities and 2 of them we miss connecting on the big play by literally inches. The score by Kaufman at the half was critical and I felt the refs blew 2 calls one being a fumble that kept that drive Alive. All credit however to Kaufman for responding with the big play late in the game. Alvarado has seen that happen two many times after long clock consuming drives only to give it away in one big play. I expect we will be good again next year and this will be the first time in many years I don't have anymore kids in school. High School football is just the best entertainment around and I'll be going until I no longer can. Good luck to the lions next week

He got caught looking at the ball carrier to the right on opening kickoff and got blindsided, and his knee got caught under him..they're thing a slight tear..
