You hadn't skinned him yet?? I hear rattlesnake is a delicacy, and their skin is worth some moolah... :D

I thought that was a west Texas thing..., and lostaussie's lease is in west Texas. The rattlesnakes over here in East Texas are usually pretty small. I can truthfully say that I've never eaten rattlesnake. Now 'possum, squirrel, and 'coon I've tried. Didn't like any of 'em...
