See one mistake here in regards to 4A DI Region III. Silsbee basically can finish no worse than 2nd in district and will not face Carthage in 1st round. Only way that happens is if Bridge City loses to Splendora and that just ain't happening. Silsbee will either face Brownsboro or Tyler Chapel Hill depending on result of their game with Jasper Friday night.

If Silsbee loses to Jasper and finishes in a 3 way tie with Bridge City and Huffman (as long as those two win their games Friday) Silsbee will be the 2nd seed based on the positive points. Silsbee is a +15, Huffman is a -4 and Bridge City is a -11.

Yeah, I mean the first round looks like a gimme for everyone except maybe Princeton/Athens. But from the second round on, it's going to be a dogfight. If you come out of that gauntlet healthy, you've got a good shot at bringing home a trophy in December.
