Graham wins big. .but I love that folks are talking about it...We have not lost on that field in forever. Hell we play at least 2 playoff games there a year... Its like our 2nd home.... so no home field advantage for M.W. Graham is hitting on all cylinders now... Also the winner of this game is NOT the district champs.. We still have to play a very good Decatur team that beat M.W. Friday..

I think Mineral Wells has a much-improved team this season. But I don't know if they have enough to knock off Graham. I think the Steers win by at least two scores. Still think the Rams will get into the postseason easily, and maybe make a little noise. Ultimately, though, just not enough defense and not quite enough winning pedigree for the Rams just yet. Best of luck to both teams, though!

I've said this before. From a Decatur standpoint, when we play att Burk, things tend to happen that normally don't happen. Idk how they gave up 400yds to Burk and the very next week gave up only 12 points to a Mineral Wells team that averages 44 points a game. It's almost like making the long trip to Iowa Park or Vernon, it's almost our trap game every time.

Think on this , Graham came out EXTREMELY slow on offense in the first qtr, and wood won by 6, and we put more on Wylie than wood did. Keep hearing wood is loaded with underclassmen, we'll so are we, more sophomores than usual and starting to click pretty well. And our other loss was to Argyle, terrible night and we managed to put up 21. I think wood might put up 14 on Argyle. Argyle is dangerous and gaining weekly. I think they're more lethal now without 22 because they're going all over the field to talent. There's more to stop now than 22 and that's tough. I was glad that we could put up 21 on their D which is also very tough.

I would't call that game luck, but I definitely agree on the point that Graham is much better than they were in that game, and so is Brownwood. Should be a good rematch, if ya'll can get past Wylie, which I don't see happening.

Don't know about that, imo Wylie, Graham, and Brownwood are evenly matched, but Wylie is the best of the three, while Brownwood and Graham are hard to tell considering how crazy that game was.

For reasons unknown Graham came out in the 2nd half with a totally different scheme and didn't abandon it when they should have. Prior to that they were wrecking the rams. So I can't and sure most won't agree with you on this. Don't see the Rams making any kind of worthy playoff run this season, or Graham either for that matter. If we would just do what obviously needs to be done we could but there is nothing indicating we are going to change anything right now. Beating burk shouldn't take much, it'll give MW a W but gain recognition as a powerhouse it will not help with at all.
