Ingleside (2-5) is riding a 2 game winning streak and I am sure they would like to keep it going. Moving back to the style of offense they are accustomed to has worked wonders the last two weeks. Yoakum (3-5) has played against some good teams and are definitely prepared to play. It sounds like they have a young squad, but definitely have talent. I think Ingleside is a heavy underdog in this game and will remain so throughout the rest of district play.

I think this is homecoming for the Mustangs. Hopefully this will fire them up enough to make a good game of this. I'm sure Yoakum will be heavily favored. We'll see.

Ya'll are in playoffs IMO with Jourdanton win. Now---see if we can make it in. With youngster's, first varsity experience, once they get a hang of it, they could still make a solid run in playoffs. They proved they can play with the big dog's in highly ranked LaGrange and Sinton. Took both to OT. Now, getting into the show first step.

The great predictor of Scores is on Yoakum-Ingleside Tread. "Sinton by fifty " against Yoakum.was your prediction. As far as who cares both Yoakum and Ingleside have great pride in there programs and have done well for yrs. Those kids and supporters care and they don't stink.

Tell him bd. That's snot's for ya. He knows his district (D15, Div I) and team (LaVernia) pretty well, but---not much on D15, Div II. I still say, if Yoakum get's in, they make a run, as these diapers gain vital experience daily. LaGrange and Sinton wasn't chopped liver either. Quality, and YT had their chances to pull the upset's.

Should be another great D15 game in IS Friday.

Hope you Yoakum folks like mud. Weather forecast is for lots of rain Thursday and Friday. I am not sure who that is an advantage for.

Let's see if I can call this one as well(last week I said Ingleside big over Jourdanton 21 plus points). Ingleside by 14.

Well one thing is certain, going back to what we do on offense gives us a better chance.... Where as the old offense, we wouldn't stand a chance.......Friday night should be a good one, looks like lots of rain though.

Raining right now but supposed to clear off untill about 11:00 PM tonight according to the Weather Channel.

As I expected a close game to end. I think that fumble recovery for a TD with less than a minute left was difference in game Ingleside was moving ball really well around Yoakum 30 Yd. line before fumble. Good luck to Mustands rest of season. Very hard playing kids and Class Acts.

The same goes for Yoakum. They played hard and made the stops when they counted. Good luck the rest of the way.
