The overall records maybe different but the District record is equal. That is all that counts.
Robinson has averaged giving up 41 points a game while China Spring has averaged giving up just 17.
Both have very prolific offences with Robinson averaging 31 points a game while China Spring has averaged 39.
I think defence will be the difference.

A little rivalry game this Friday. I do think Robinson hangs with CS for the 1st half but I think the CS offense will be too strong and pull away for a 28 point win. Hopefully the boys in Columbia blue have put last Friday behind them.

If I remember correctly, it rained pretty dang hard in 2007 when CS played at RR with a lightening delay during the game........hmmmmmm, could lightening strike twice for the Cougs in their push to the playoffs?

This never happened lol.
In 2007 we went to Robinson and played on that crappy thing ya'll call a football field and won quite handedly, other than some garbage time points late for Robinson.
The lightning delay wasn't even the year before because I remember Kitchens beating running the ball all over the place in a romp. That was also the first game Mike didn't play after the torn ACL.
The delay was Kitchens' freshman year I believe.

Robinson is way down and this China Spring team reminds me of the 2002 Fairfield Eagles. No big time stud, but you have about 15 really good football players. CS is fun to watch.

I think the game you're referring to was in 2003 and was played over there.........I remember it was over there because I couldn't go that next morning

I agree...the Rockets have more thrust than people give em' credit for....like that QB (coaches son)...and those receivers are some big tall dudes.....huge O-line too.....if the D can stiffen and leave the launch pad a little quicker, they could threaten some folks....
